What this website collects
This website does not use cookies or analytics. The checkout form checks your details in your browser only. It does not send or store them. If you choose the "email this request" link, your email app sends the details to [email protected], and we use them only to reply and prepare your invoice.
Enquiry data we handle for agencies
When an agency uses Closely, we handle the messages and details of the buyers and tenants who contact it (such as name, phone number, buy or rent, area, budget and timeline). We use them only to run the service for that agency. The agency owns its WhatsApp number and all enquiry data. Messages are sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform (Meta Cloud API), so Meta also handles them under its own terms.
UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL)
We aim to handle personal data in line with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). In short:
- We use personal data only for the purpose it was collected for.
